We are in network for all Blue Cross Blue Shield Products. If you have another insurance provider, you may have out of network benefits. A receipt can be provided so that you can get reimbursement. 


If you have questions about whether your insurance will cover testing contact your insurance provider directly and inquire about your coverage. Below are some of the questions to ask:

  1. What is my out of network deductible

  2. How much of my out of network deductible has been met?

  3. Will you reimburse me if I go out of network for my psychological and neuropsychological testing? 

  4. What will be my co-pay be?

  5. Does neuropsychological and psychological testing require pre-authorization? Specifically, ask about CPT codes 96130, 96131, 96132, 96133, 96136, and 96137. 

  6. When does the deductible reset?

  7. Is there a lifetime maximum for out of pocket costs?
